Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders above ₹500. A flat rate of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹500.

Order Tracking:

• After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package via the provided link.

Shipping Delays:

• While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays due to high demand, carrier availability, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions) may occur. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

• Lavixo.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Undeliverable Packages:

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
